In this 75 soft challenges rule, we have to do many things in a disciplined way. Choose any kind of movement that you like, including walking, jogging, swimming, biking, yoga, or working out with weights. Take one day of active recovery per week with light activities, including walking or stretching. After selecting any exercise we have to follow all these activities.
